The ideal candidate should be well-organized, multi-tasking, and ready to take full ownership of their role. 🔑 Key Responsibilities 1. Accounts Manage daily accounting entries using Tally or Excel Prepare and follow up on invoices Maintain petty cash and monitor expenses Coordinate with banks and have basic GST knowledge 2. Operations Supervise daily office activities and internal coordination Manage vendor, staff, and delivery operations Track inventory, handle purchases, and oversee logistics Ensure seamless operational flow 3. Sales & Client Support Assist the sales team with client coordination and follow-ups Prepare quotations, invoices, and client documentation Handle walk-in and telephonic customer queries professionally 4.
