Telecaller Outbound

Role Overview We’re looking for a sharp, energetic telecaller & sales professional. You should know how channel partners (CPs) work, have managed or supported them, and be comfortable with high-volume outbound calling to generate business opportunities. At times, you will also be required to go on ground to meet CPs, brokers, or clients for relationship-building and deal support. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls daily to channel partners (CPs), broker networks, and direct buyer leads. Pitch our projects/services clearly and persuasively; convert cold leads into warm prospects. Build and maintain strong relationships with CPs, brokers, buyers, and investors. Follow up consistently with leads until closure or hand-off to sales team. Maintain accurate call logs, lead data, and pipeline updates in CRM. Required Experience Hands-on experience working with CP networks and/or direct buyer lead handling. Proven track record of high call volumes (250+ calls/day) with measurable conversions. Familiarity with CRM tools, lead pipelines, and real estate sales cycles. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada is mandatory. Organised, detail-oriented, and disciplined with follow-ups. Willingness to step out onground when required for client/partner meetings.
