The primary role is to connect with existing and potential customers over the phone, promote our products, and drive footfall to our store. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers from our database. Introduce customers to Silver House products, offers, and new arrivals. Persuade and invite customers to visit the store. Maintain a warm, professional, and customer-friendly tone during all interactions. Follow up with interested customers and update them on new collections or discounts. Maintain a record of calls, responses, and feedback. Work closely with the sales team to coordinate walk-ins and appointments. Requirements:Good communication skills in [languages required, e.g., English, Hindi, local language]. Confident and polite phone manner. Basic knowledge of silver jewelry (preferred but not mandatory – training will be provided). Sales-driven attitude with a focus on customer engagement. Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
