Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound calls from users regarding queries, technical issues, and general support.
Provide prompt and courteous responses to user inquiries through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Assist users in navigating the BharatVit platform, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with users in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly.
Proactively identify and report user feedback, trends, and potential areas for improvement to the relevant teams.
Uphold BharatVits standards of service excellence and professionalism in all user interactions.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience in a customer service or tele support role, preferably in a Fintech-related industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
Proficiency in additional regional languages is a plus.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for helping others.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic technical troubleshooting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
