Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our loan products.
• Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients.

Qualifications

• 0 to 4 years of relevant work experience in outbound sales or telecalling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their financial needs.
• Familiarity with loan products such as home loans, personal loans, and business loans is a plus.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Willingness to work on-site in Ghaziabad, Gurugram, Noida, or Delhi.
