Job Description

Responsibilities Ø Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers. Ø Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements and budget. Ø Provide information about real estate projects, pricing, and features. Ø Schedule site visits for potential buyers. Ø Maintain and update the customer database (CRM). Ø Follow up with leads to nurture them through the sales funnel. Ø Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client handover. Ø Address customer queries and objections efficiently. Ø Participate in promotional activities and campaigns. Key Skills Required · Strong communication and persuasion skills. · Basic knowledge of real estate trends and market conditions. · Ability to handle multiple leads and follow up effectively. · CRM software proficiency. · Target-driven and customer-centric approach. Qualifications & Experience 1.Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Marketing, Business, or Real Estate). 2. 1-3 years of experience in real estate pre-sales or telemarketing. Even Fresher can Apply. 3.Experience in handling inbound and outbound sales calls.
