Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Chennai. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, providing information about our English Language Programmes, and addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate records of calls, following up on leads, and assisting clients in understanding our offerings. The Telecaller will also collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and improve client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills in English, Tamil & Hindi
• Experience in customer service or sales
• Ability to handle client inquiries and provide detailed information
• Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining accurate records
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Capability to work in a team
• Bachelor's degree in any field is preferable
• Previous experience in the education sector is an advantage
