Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Programme Delivery Officer based in Nagpur. The Programme Delivery Officer will manage the day-to-day delivery of our English Language Programmes to schools. Responsibilities include liaising with school administrators, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation of programs, overseeing procurement and supply chain processes, and providing customer service to schools. The role also involves collecting and analyzing data to improve program delivery and efficacy.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for data collection and analysis
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Management
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, or related field
• Prior experience in program delivery or education sector is beneficial
