Programme Delivery Officer

As an Education Program Trainer, your role will involve conducting training sessions for teachers on implementing the MIKIDS program in classrooms. You will be responsible for observing classes and evaluating the impact of the program on children's learning. Additionally, providing retraining and continuous support to teachers based on school requirements will be part of your key responsibilities. Your job will require you to build and maintain strong relationships with school management to demonstrate the value of the program. You will also play a crucial role in driving business growth from existing schools by ensuring program satisfaction and results. Managing and supporting approximately 40-50 schools across assigned districts will be a significant aspect of your work. In terms of travel requirements, you can expect frequent travel within city limits and across Tamil Nadu districts, including Tirunelveli, Thenkasi, Kanyakumari, Kovilpatti, Sivakasi, Nagercoil, and Tuticorin. Additionally, occasional travel (2-3 days) to other cities outside the base location may be necessary. For this role, a minimum of 2 years of total experience is required, preferably in teaching, training, or education-related roles. A UG degree in any discipline is mandatory, while a PG degree is desirable. Proficiency in English and Tamil languages is essential. Basic Excel skills, including knowledge of basic formulas and data analysis, are preferred. Your success in this position will be supported by your strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as your ability to build relationships with educators and school authorities. Previous experience in teaching or training audiences will be beneficial, along with confidence in handling discussions with senior school management.,
