Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to new leads and previous clients, gathering feedback, and following up on upcoming bookings. Additionally, the role includes collecting and updating relevant data from Google, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and ensuring excellent customer service. This position offers an opportunity to play a key role in client relationship management and business growth within the hospitality industry. Required Education and Skill Job Location: Hadapsar - Pune Office Timing: Monday - Saturday 10.00 am to 7.00 pm Contact Information: Education: Any Graduate Work Experience: At least 2-3 year of work experience in telecalling, telesales, data mining, data sourcing Good communication skills in English and Marathi.
