Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls related to property inquiries. You will be responsible for identifying potential buyers/tenants, explaining project details, and scheduling site visits. This role is crucial in driving sales leads and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases and marketing campaigns Answer incoming calls and address queries about properties, pricing, and availability Understand customer needs and recommend suitable projects Generate leads and maintain an updated customer database (CRM entry) Fix appointments and schedule site visits for the sales team Follow up on leads to convert inquiries into site visits and bookings Coordinate with sales team on customer requirements and progress Maintain calling records and prepare daily/weekly performance reports Provide excellent customer service to enhance brand reputation Skills & Qualifications 0–2 years experience in telecalling / real estate / sales preferred Strong communication (English + local language) and convincing skills Good phone etiquette and active listening Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel/CRM software is an advantage Benefits Attractive salary + incentives based on performance Career growth into Sales Consultant / Property Advisor roles Training and skill development support Just tell me what you need!
