Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Brahmapur for a Telecaller - Inside Sales Executive. The role involves daily tasks such as initiating and managing outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, and following up with prospects. Responsibilities include promoting TripStar's solutions, maintaining customer relationships, and assisting in closing sales. A key focus will be on providing excellent customer service and ensuring high-quality communication to build trust and rapport with clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and nurture potential opportunities.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and build lasting relationships.
• Sales acumen to promote solutions, assist in closing deals, and drive revenue growth.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills.
• Experience in hospitality or a similar industry is a plus.
