Responsibilities Outbound Calling: Making calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads, explain products/services, schedule appointments, or conduct surveys. Inbound Calling: Handling customer inquiries, addressing complaints, and providing information or support over the phone. Sales & Lead Generation: Persuading prospects to make purchases, identifying customer needs, and converting leads into customers. Customer Relationship Management: Following up with customers, building rapport, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Data Management: Maintaining accurate call logs, updating customer records in databases, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Reporting & Feedback: Reporting on sales performance, leads, and customer feedback to team leaders for product or service improvement. Skills & Qualifications Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, along with active listening skills to understand customer needs. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage with customers, build rapport, and maintain a professional demeanor. Persuasion & Negotiation: Strong ability to influence customer decisions, present benefits, and handle objections effectively. Resilience & Stress Management: Ability to handle rejection and high call volumes without losing focus or professionalism. Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills for data entry, managing CRM tools, and using telephone systems. Time Management: Efficiently handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is often required, with a bachelor's degree in communication or business being advantageous. Experience: Prior experience in telecalling or a similar sales or customer service role is beneficial.
