Job Description

Role: Female Tele-Sales (Work from home) Role

Responsibilities

Assist clients in understanding and applying for various loan products.
Conduct telephonic outreach to potential and existing clients to offer loan & General Insurance services.
Make daily 75 to 100 calls & Maintain XLS reports to sale SBI Home Loan & New India Insurance Products
Use Social Media - Facebook, Instagram to promote services
Evaluate and verify loan applications and supporting documents.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and loan processing activities.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly telecalling and loan processing targets.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering queries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with the sales and underwriting teams to streamline the loan approval process.
Keep abreast of industry trends and new loan products.

Qualifications

Females with 12th Pass/Bachelor's degree with fresher to 2 years experience
Excellent oral communication & convincing skills
Able to make 100 calls per day
Soft spoken
Excellent stress Management to work under pressure
Proven experience in loan processing or telecalling, preferably both.
Strong knowledge of loan products and financial regulations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
