Job Description

About the Role We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services, follow up on inquiries, and handle basic customer queries. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database Explain the products/services to potential customers Handle customer questions and objections calmly and effectively Schedule appointments or follow-up calls when needed Maintain accurate records of conversations and outcomes Achieve daily/weekly targets for call volume and conversions Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends Requirements Good communication skills in [languages required, e.g., English, Hindi, Marathi, etc.] Confident and persuasive speaking abilities Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, etc.) Ability to handle rejection and remain positive Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus Minimum qualification: [HSC / Graduate preferred] What We Offer Fixed salary + performance-based incentives Training and support to enhance skills Friendly and professional work environment Opportunity to grow within the organization Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Internet reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
