Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role located in Lucknow. The Telecaller will be responsible for outbound and inbound calls to clients, providing information about properties, answering client inquiries, and scheduling appointments. The Telecaller will also follow up with potential clients, update client information in the database, and maintain a strong customer relationship by handling queries and concerns professionally.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Customer service and relationship management skills
• Ability to handle a high volume of outbound and inbound calls
• Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining client databases
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to address client queries and concerns
• Time management and multitasking skills
• Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
