Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telecaller, located in Noida with some work-from-home flexibility. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, handling inbound inquiries, maintaining customer databases, and providing excellent customer service. Other day-to-day tasks include following communication scripts, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and collaborating with team members to achieve targets.
