Key Responsibilities

Conduct cold calls to potential customers to introduce the company’s interior design services.
Generate leads through outbound calls, reference follow-ups, and social media inquiries.
Answer inbound calls and explain the company’s offerings clearly and confidently.
Understand client needs and schedule meetings or site visits with the design/sales team.
Maintain and update lead records in Excel or CRM software.
Follow up with potential clients to ensure consistent communication until conversion.
Achieve weekly and monthly calling, appointment, and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the sales and design teams for smooth lead handovers.

Requirements

Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner.
Comfortable making cold calls and handling rejections positively.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools).
6 Months experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven attitude.

Benefits & Work Details

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month (based on experience) + incentives per lead conversion
Training Provided for company services, communication, and CRM handling

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
