The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, creating innovative and functional design concepts, and developing detailed construction drawings. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to oversee the execution of interior design projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and timelines. The role involves selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), integrating architectural elements, and delivering polished, customer-centric design solutions. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in the field Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design Experience in Architecture and knowledge of construction methodologies Skilled in generating detailed Construction Drawings Expertise in FF&E selection, including furniture, fixtures, and finishes Strong project management and client communication skills Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field Familiarity with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) is highly desirable Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person

Key Responsibilities Conduct cold calls to potential customers to introduce the company’s interior design services. Generate leads through outbound calls, reference follow-ups, and social media inquiries. Answer inbound calls and explain the company’s offerings clearly and confidently. Understand client needs and schedule meetings or site visits with the design/sales team. Maintain and update lead records in Excel or CRM software. Follow up with potential clients to ensure consistent communication until conversion. Achieve weekly and monthly calling, appointment, and conversion targets. Coordinate with the sales and design teams for smooth lead handovers. Requirements Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner. Comfortable making cold calls and handling rejections positively. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools). 6 Months experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven attitude.
