Telecaller Executive

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Caller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients through outbound calls, promoting our products and services, and driving business development efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a background in sales, particularly in B2B and technology sectors. This position is essential for fostering relationships and generating leads that contribute to the growth of our company.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
• Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records.
• Engage in warm calling to follow up on previous interactions and nurture client relationships.
• Employ negotiation skills to close sales and meet or exceed targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with promotional campaigns.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns effectively.
• Leverage Salesforce or similar platforms for managing sales processes and reporting.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Experience

• Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technical sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with B2B sales processes and business development strategies.
• Proficient in using CRM software for tracking leads and customer interactions.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to engage clients effectively through outbound calling techniques.
• Experience in negotiation and closing sales deals is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
