Job Profile

We are hiring for a Telecaller profile. The role involves making regular calls to the delivery sales team and team leaders, maintaining Excel records and call logs, and supporting the team in achieving daily and weekly calling targets. This position is suitable for freshers as well as candidates with up to 1 year of calling experience.

Key Responsibilties

Make daily calls to delivery sales team and team leaders.
Maintain and update records in Excel.
Keep proper call logs and reports.
Work closely with the team to achieve daily/weekly calling targets.

Requirement

Good verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel (updating and maintaining data).
Fresher candidates can apply; up to 1 year of calling experience preferred.
Organized and consistent in maintaining records.
