Telecaller

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in outbound calling, engaging potential clients, and promoting our products and services. This role is crucial for driving business development through effective communication and negotiation skills. The Caller will work closely with the sales team to convert leads into customers while utilizing CRM software to track interactions and manage relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services
• Engage in warm calling to follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts
• Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and achieve targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities using CRM software
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for B2B sales and technical sales
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Leverage Salesforce or similar technology for tracking sales progress and managing client relationships
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in telemarketing, inside sales, and business development

Requirements

• Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technology sales is preferred
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Ability to engage effectively with clients through warm calling techniques
• Background in marketing or business development is a plus
• Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to client satisfaction
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time
