Job Description

The telecaller is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products, inform them about offers, follow up on inquiries, and maintain good customer relationships. The role requires good communication skills, patience, and the ability to persuade customers.

Call potential customers to explain products, services, and offers.
Follow up with existing customers for repeat sales or service feedback.
Maintain a database of customer information and call records.
Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries professionally.
Generate leads for sales teams through outbound calls.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Keep up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions.
Report daily calling activities and outcomes to the supervisor/manager.

Pay: ₹8,569.82 - ₹20,000.00 per month
