We work across premium commercial and residential projects in Navi Mumbai, focusing on investor-driven, high-return opportunities. Key Responsibilities Lead Calling & Conversion Make outbound calls to fresh and warm leads generated via marketing campaigns. Explain project details clearly and confidently. Schedule site visits and follow up until closure. Client Relationship Management Maintain professional communication with potential buyers. Build rapport and trust through consistent follow-ups. Database Handling Update daily call logs and feedback into the CRM. Filter serious leads and pass them to the sales team. Project Knowledge Learn all active Dhyaan projects—pricing, location benefits, carpet area, developer background, and USP. Be capable of answering customer queries in a knowledgeable and convincing manner. Coordination Work with sales executives and marketing teams to ensure lead-to-site conversion. RequirementsExcellent verbal communication (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred). Confident, persuasive, and patient personality. Basic knowledge of real estate or willingness to learn quickly. Familiar with CRM tools and WhatsApp/Meta lead handling. Freshers with strong communication skills may apply. Compensation Intern: ₹8,000–₹10,000 per month (3-month internship, certificate from Dhyaan Enterprises Full-Time: ₹12,000–₹18,000 + performance incentives Timings Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Sunday Off (Flexible if client visits are scheduled)
