Telecaller

Role Overview: You will be working as a Telecaller (Sales) at DECG International, an ISO 9001:2015 Certified Company specializing in manufacturing Bridge Bearings, Expansion Joints, Seismic Joint systems, and other heavy fabrication work. DECG International, based in India, is dedicated to delivering engineering solutions with a focus on quality and innovation. Your primary responsibility will involve making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting DECG International's products, addressing client inquiries, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions. This role will require you to follow up on leads, arrange meetings, and collaborate closely with the sales team to meet set targets. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are crucial for excelling in this position.
