The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and promoting our products/services to potential customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to meet sales or lead-generation targets. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain products/services. Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently. Maintain customer databases and update call records regularly. Follow up with leads to ensure successful conversions. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, or sales. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Provide accurate information and guidance to customers. Report feedback, issues, and market insights to the team leader/manager. Requirements:Minimum [X months/1 year] of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (freshers can apply if confident). Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages required – e.g., English, Hindi, regional language]. Good listening skills and ability to handle objections.
