At YES Sir, we understand the silent struggles of men who work tirelessly for their families, often neglecting their own mental and physical well-being. We are committed to addressing the mental health issues often faced by men, including depression and mid-life crises. Alarmingly, 71% of suicides in India involve men. Our mission is to bring about change by focusing exclusively on men’s physical, mental, and spiritual wellness.

Role Description

We are seeking a Telecaller for a full-time on-site role based in Kolkata. The Telecaller will be responsible for speaking with clients, providing information about our services, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client records. Day-to-day tasks include handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving client queries, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage and resolve client queries effectively
Customer service and relationship management skills
Basic computer and data entry skills
Experience in telecalling or a related role is preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent
