Job Title: TelecallerJob Type: Full-time / Part-time (as applicable) Location: Prakashnagar Job Overview:We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and promoting our products/services to potential customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to meet sales or lead-generation targets. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain products/services. Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently. Maintain customer databases and update call records regularly. Follow up with leads to ensure successful conversions. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, or sales. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Provide accurate information and guidance to customers. Report feedback, issues, and market insights to the team leader/manager. Requirements:Minimum [X months/1 year] of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (freshers can apply if confident). Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages required – e.g., English, Hindi, regional language]. Good listening skills and ability to handle objections. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, or call management software). Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
