Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller, located in Kochi. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering incoming calls, providing information about the company's products and services, and generating sales leads. Additionally, the Telecaller will follow up with customers, maintain accurate records of interactions, and achieve call and sales targets.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service experience and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints
Sales techniques and skills in generating sales leads
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with telecalling, call center, or related roles is an advantage
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in marketing or related fields are a plus
