Capitalnine Services Private Limited is a trusted Corporate Direct Sales Associate (DSA) partnering with leading Banks and NBFCs across India. Responsibilities Outbound calling: Initiate calls to potential customers using provided lists or databases to promote products or services, following pre-defined scripts. Inbound calling: Respond to incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues related to products or services. Lead generation: Identify and qualify potential sales leads by gathering relevant information from prospective customers. Customer support: Handle customer complaints, answer questions, and provide accurate information in a professional and patient manner. Sales and targets: Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets for sales, calls, and conversions. Data management: Accurately record customer information, call details, and feedback into a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system or other databases. Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls with potential or existing clients to nurture relationships, address pending issues, and progress sales. Product knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's offerings to effectively explain their features and benefits to customers.  Required skills and qualifications Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, persuasive, and pleasant speaking voice. Customer service: Strong customer service orientation, including patience, empathy, and the ability to handle difficult or irate callers professionally. Interpersonal skills: The ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive relationships with customers. Computer proficiency: Basic computer skills for data entry and experience using CRM software and other telecalling tools. Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions. Resilience: The ability to handle rejection and objections gracefully while staying motivated. Time management: Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle high call volumes and multitask efficiently. Education and experience: Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in a telecalling, telesales, or customer service role is often preferred, but many entry-level positions are open to freshers.
