Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential or existing customers. Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information. Explain products/services and convince customers to take desired actions. Maintain a database of customer information and update call records. Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when required. Work closely with the sales/support team for smooth operations. Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate. Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, or similar role (preferred). Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi/English (or regional language). Good listening skills and the ability to handle customer objections. Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM, data entry). Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Positive attitude, confidence, and professionalism. Preferred AttributesExperience in sales, customer service, or call centers. Multilingual abilities are a plus.
