Immigration & Overseas Placement Tele caller Job Summary: The Tele caller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to prospective candidates who are seeking immigration services or overseas job placements. The role involves explaining available opportunities, screening candidates, scheduling consultations, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients/applicants interested in immigration and overseas jobs. Handle inbound calls and answer queries related to visa options, eligibility, and placement opportunities. Explain company services, application process, fees, and required documentation. Gather and update client information accurately in the CRM system. Follow up with leads regularly through calls, emails, or messages to convert them into registrations. Schedule appointments for detailed consultations with senior immigration consultants or placement officers. Maintain daily call logs, follow-up reports, and status updates. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Assist in resolving basic client concerns and escalate complex queries to the relevant team. Stay updated on immigration policies, placement opportunities, and new job openings abroad. Key Skills & Requirements: Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline (preferred). 0–2 years of tele calling, telesales, customer service, or recruitment experience (Immigration or Overseas Recruitment experience is an advantage). Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages as required. Good convincing and negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software. Polite, patient, and professional phone etiquette. Ability to work under targets and handle rejections positively.
