Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
• Explain the company’s products/services and their benefits clearly.
• Generate interest and schedule meetings/appointments with counsellors or sales representatives.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the system.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and lead conversions.
• Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
• Provide feedback to the team for process improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate.
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
