Alliance Multi State Cooperative Society Limited (AMCSL), established in 2023, operates under the Ministry of Cooperation, Government of India. It is registered under the Multi State Cooperative Societies Act. The Society is dedicated to fostering inclusive growth, cooperative development, and sustainable progress across India. Through welfare-oriented initiatives, AMCSL aims to positively impact all sectors and regions of the country.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller, located in New Delhi. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, handling customer inquiries, providing service information, and managing client relationships. Daily tasks include maintaining call logs, updating customer information in the database, resolving customer issues, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and providing service information
Ability to update customer information accurately and maintain detailed call logs
Experience in telemarketing or customer service roles is preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of CRM software is an advantage
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus
