Location: Sasha Luxe - Madhapur, HYD Reports To: Clinic Manager Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetic Therapist to join our team of professionals in delivering exceptional skin and body treatments. In this role, you will provide personalized, non-invasive aesthetic services designed to enhance the natural beauty and well-being of our clients. You’ll work in a results-driven, client-focused environment that emphasizes safety, care, and excellence. Key Responsibilities: Perform a wide range of advanced aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to: Deep-cleansing and advanced facials (e.g., Hydrafacial, Oxygen, LED therapy) Laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation Chemical peels, microneedling, and dermaplaning Radiofrequency and body contouring treatments Deliver treatments in accordance with clinical protocols and industry best practices. Maintain detailed, confidential client records and treatment plans. Educate clients on treatment outcomes, aftercare, and long-term skincare maintenance. Promote skincare products and services to meet individual client needs and support revenue targets. Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and well-maintained. Stay current with industry developments, emerging technologies, and treatment innovations. Support front-of-house duties when needed, ensuring an exceptional client journey from start to finish. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience in an aesthetic clinic, spa, or beauty center. Deep understanding of skin physiology and various skin conditions. High attention to detail with a strong focus on client safety and satisfaction. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional demeanor. Comfortable working towards individual and team goals (e.g., treatment targets, retail sales). Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as required. Desirable Attributes: Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and client transformation. Proactive and self-motivated, with a commitment to continued professional development. Experience working with clinic software and digital booking systems. First Aid and CPR certification (an advantage).
