Job Title: Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers in manufacturing, infrastructure, and mining industries. Present and promote company products such as air compressor spares, industrial filters, and MANN+HUMMEL filtration solutions. Identify customer needs and provide information on relevant products and services. Generate and follow up on sales leads, inquiries, and quotations. Maintain and update customer database (CRM) with accurate and timely information. Coordinate with the sales and service teams for order processing and customer support. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business. Achieve daily/weekly call and lead generation targets. Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi (regional language is a plus) Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and CRM software Ability to understand technical product features and explain them clearly Strong persuasion and follow-up skills Preferred: Experience dealing with clients in the manufacturing, construction, or mining sectors. Familiarity with industrial components like compressors, filters, or spares.
