Telecaller Profile/Job Description: Job Title: Telecaller (Inbound/Outbound) Job Summary: We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team! As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote our products/services, generate leads, and build relationships. You will also handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their queries and concerns. Your excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and customer-centric approach will drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote products/services, generate leads, and schedule appointments. 2. Handle inbound calls from customers, responding to queries, resolving issues, and providing product information. 3. Build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions. 4. Meet sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). 5. Document customer interactions, update CRM, and maintain accurate records. 6. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, customer service) to ensure seamless customer experience. Requirements: 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 2. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills 3. Customer-centric approach and ability to build rapport 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets 5. Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office 6.
