The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting inquiries into enrollments, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive, high-energy individual with a persuasive attitude and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: ● Convert inquiries into enrollments through persuasive counseling and sales techniques. ● Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. ● Handle objections and provide solutions to potential customers. ● Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. ● Maintain records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system. ● Work collaboratively with the team to drive enrollment growth. ● Ensure professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Required Skills & Qualifications: ● Education: Graduate/Postgraduate/Diploma (Preferred). ● Experience: 1+ years in sales, preferably in IT institutes, course selling, or non-academic training centers. ● Languages: Fluent in Marathi (preferred), Basic English & Hindi. ● Technical Skills: Basic MS Office (Excel/Word). ● Soft Skills: ○ Strong negotiation & persuasion skills. ○ High energy, aggressive sales approach. ○ Excellent problem-solving & decision-making abilities. ○ Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
