Job Summary:

WebDukes is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our sales and customer support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential and existing clients to promote our web development, IT solutions, and digital marketing services. You will play a key role in lead generation, customer relationship management, and sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads.
• Explain WebDukes’ services such as website development, mobile apps, SEO, and digital marketing solutions.
• Answer incoming calls, handle inquiries, and provide information about services.
• Understand client requirements and schedule appointments or demos for the sales team.
• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and build positive relationships with customers.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams for campaign follow-ups.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Basic knowledge of web development and digital marketing is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Hindi (or local language as applicable).
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
