Role Description

This is a full-time Telecaller role based on-site in Jabalpur. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential and existing students through telephone calls to provide information about AESL's test prep programs, answer queries, and guide them through the admission process. Daily tasks include managing outbound and inbound calls, maintaining a database of student information, following up on leads, and ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills and proficiency in the local language and English
• Proven experience in making outbound and inbound calls
• Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric approach
• Good organizational and data entry skills to maintain accurate records
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
• Ability to handle and resolve queries professionally
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in communication or a related field is a plus
