Telecaller

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Telecaller to work remotely and support our sales and customer engagement efforts. The role involves making outbound calls to prospects and existing clients to promote our software solutions, generate leads, and coordinate with the sales team. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce and promote software products and services. • Identify and qualify sales opportunities and set up appointments or demos for the sales team. • Respond to incoming calls and provide basic product information or escalate inquiries when needed. • Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, and follow-ups using CRM tools. • Build rapport with customers and ensure a positive customer experience. • Meet assigned daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions. • Collaborate remotely with the sales and marketing teams to share insights and feedback. Skills & Qualifications: • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and polite telephone manner. • Self-motivated and able to work independently from home. • Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred in the software or IT sector). • Basic understanding of software products and the ability to explain features clearly. • Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office, and remote working tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.). • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup. Preferred Qualifications: • Ability to handle objections and close initial interest effectively. • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
