Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecalling or customer service and will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products, and driving sales.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Maintain a record of calls and customer interactions in the database.
  • Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives.
  • Achieve daily and monthly targets set by the management.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the calling process.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-6 years of experience in telecalling or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
