Job Summary

The Tele Sales / Sales Executive will be responsible for contacting potential customers through calls, explaining company products or services, and converting leads into sales while achieving assigned targets.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided data
  • Explain products/services clearly and address customer queries
  • Generate sales leads and close deals over the phone
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of customers
  • Follow up with interested customers and ensure timely closure
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.

Preferred skills

  • Minimum Graduate in any discipline
  • Good communication and convincing skills
  • Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
  • Basic computer knowledge
