Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct tele calling to potential customers to generate leads and sales.
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through lead generation.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing deals and generating revenue.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Perform daily follow-up with prospects and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
  • Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
