Job Description

Job Title: Tele Sales Representative
Location: Byculla East, Mumbai
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:15 AM – 7:15 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tele Sales Representative with a strong background in international BPO telesales. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a result-driven approach, and the ability to manage customer relationships effectively. The role involves lead generation, sales closures, and meeting sales targets consistently.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell company products/services.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing activities or other sources.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
Update and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
Collaborate with the sales team to refine scripts and improve conversion strategies.
Stay updated on product features and market trends to handle objections and close deals effectively.
Ensure adherence to company policies and comply with international sales standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of telesales or outbound sales experience in an international BPO environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets consistently.
Customer-centric attitude and ability to build rapport quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

Education: HSC and above.
