Tele Sales (Real Estate)

Responsibilities Key Responsibilities : Lead Generation & Qualification: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, qualify leads, and promote real estate services. Client Engagement: Understand client requirements, provide information on available properties, and schedule site visits. Sales Conversion: Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into sales opportunities and close deals. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Market Awareness: Stay informed about real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations to provide relevant information to clients. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business and repeat sales. Qualifications Required Skills & Qualifications : Experience: Minimum of 1 year in telesales, preferably within the real estate industry. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage and build rapport with clients over the phone. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools; basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
