Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Sales Specialist based in Surat. The Tele Sales Specialist will be responsible for communicating with potential and current clients over the phone. Daily tasks include providing customer service, offering financial product information, processing sales, and maintaining customer support. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, training new team members, and contributing to team sales targets.

• Experience in Training is beneficial
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Previous experience in the financial sector is advantageous
