Job Title: Tele Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in voice process sales. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Hindi and English and comfortable handling outbound and Inbound calls calls to pitch products/services, generate leads, and close sales. This is a full-time onsite role.

Key Responsibilities-

• Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating value propositions.
• Maintain and update customer records and interactions in CRM systems.
• Handle customer objections and resolve queries with a customer-centric approach.
• Follow call scripts and sales techniques to ensure high-quality conversations.
• Coordinate with team leaders and report on progress.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in Tele Sales/Voice Process.
• Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
