Tele Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers through telecalling to promote and sell our products and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our offerings, including fintech solutions, educational products, and various sales categories such as credit card, medical, and banking sales.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Document all interactions with customers in the CRM system for future reference and follow-up.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and improve overall performance.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications:

• Fluency in Hindi is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• 0 to 4 years of experience in tele sales or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the fintech industry and educational sales.
• Experience in credit card sales, medical sales, banking sales, or B2C sales is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
