Compensation:

• Up to 20% hike on current salary (Capped at ₹3.75 LPA Fixed)
• Attractive Variable Payouts

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation is mandatory
• Minimum 6 months of documented experience in insurance telesales
• Fluency in English
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Age: Up to 30 years

Shift Timings:

• 9.5 hours day rotational shifts for male candidates
• 9.5 hours day rotational shifts for female candidates

Week Offs:

• Rotational week offs (not fixed on Saturdays and Sundays)
